These clients had a tight budget but wanted to maximize updates on their first floor. We worked closely with them to create a fresh and modern look within their budget. The staircase was updated with new treads, painted risers, and fresh railing paint to achieve a cohesive look.
All interior doors were replaced, and the rooms were freshly painted to create a bright and inviting atmosphere. Lighting fixtures were updated to complement the overall design. In the powder room, we removed a wall to improve the layout and installed a new vanity cabinet, plumbing fixtures, countertop, sink, mirror, and sconce lighting.
The kitchen remodel included removing soffits to create a more open feel and widening the opening into the dining room to improve flow. While the existing appliance layout was retained, the appliances were updated to modern models, including a built-in refrigerator. New cabinets were installed, extending to the ceiling for extra storage and a polished look. Backsplash tile was added, extending to the ceiling around the range hood and window to create a striking focal point. This comprehensive remodel transformed the first floor into a cohesive and functional space while staying within budget. It was a pleasure to bring the clients’ vision to life!
